These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

1. Definition and Scope

GoShow is an internet video platform operator providing short video content and related services. This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and posted platform rules, constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and GoShow. By completing the registration or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Eligibility: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Minors must use the service under the supervision of a guardian.
• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Use: Accounts are for personal use only and may not be rented, sold, or shared. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account unless caused by our statutory fault.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree NOT to upload or transmit content that:

1. Violates the Constitution or laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
2. Threatens national security, unity, or public order.
3. Promotes obscenity, violence, gambling, or terrorism.
4. Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or reputation of others.
5. Contains viruses, malware, or unauthorized commercial advertisements.

Prohibited Behaviors include: reverse engineering the software, using web crawlers/bots to scrape data, impersonating others, or interfering with the platform's technical protection measures.

4. About Benefit Purchase

Benefits are purchased via subscription. Subscription plans are available in weekly, monthly and annual options for independent selection by purchasers. For users who choose an annual subscription after the end of the first-week trial service, the subscription fee may be paid in four installments; each payment entitles you to one quarter of membership benefits. You may also independently cancel the subscription at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GoShow (excluding user-generated content where the user retains copyright), including logos, software, text, and graphics, is the property of GoShow or its affiliates. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Breach of Contract

• Delete or block infringing content.
• Suspend or terminate your account (account "sealing").
• Report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Seek compensation for all losses, including legal fees and reputational damage.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GoShow is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, hacker attacks, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement by canceling your account. We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court in the jurisdiction where the defendant is located.
